You will need a legal copy of Unreal Tournament 2003, or Unreal Tournament 2004, about 200mb of hard drive space to install, and your system must meet the minimum system requirements for UT2003/4.
UPDATE: All future releases of Unreal Annihilation will be made for Unreal Tournament 2004 only. Please keep this in mind if you are purchasing Unreal Tournament for the first time.
