which would win in a fight evenly matched, like, 1 vs. 1, Storms or Rockos?

Most of the unitstats on Storms and Rockos are very similar.
Storms have a higher rate of fire, although they do less damage (100 vs 105).
Plus, Storms don’t have to ready their weapons to fire like Rockos do. If a mob
of Storms ran into a mob of Rockos, the Storms could fire off a volley of
rockets before the Rockos could ready their weapons.
There’s really no contest – Rocko/s would simply die to Storm/s unless they
were well micromanaged.
